Are you a not-for-profit group in Toowoomba or the Lockyer Valley looking for support? The Nexus Together community giving program takes applications from not-for-profit groups along the Toowoomba Second Range Crossing project corridor that support positive community outcomes in health, safety, education or the environment.

Grants of up to $4000 are now available for projects, events or initiatives that will take place within 12 months of receiving funds.

The Nexus Together program recognises the link between building a safer, faster and more efficient road for the region, and supporting the groups which are also working hard to benefit the local community.

To be eligible, you must:

  • offer a community contribution to health, safety, education or the environment
  • be not-for-profit
  • be an incorporated legal entity or sponsored by an incorporated legal entity
  • operate or provide services within five kilometres of the project corridor
  • have appropriate insurance, and adhere to sound workplace health and safety practices.
