Sponsorship
The Nexus Together community giving program has now closed.
Applications for this program were from not-for-profit groups along the Toowoomba Second Range Crossing project corridor that support positive community outcomes in health, safety, education or the environment.
Grants of up to $4000 have been provided for projects, events or initiatives that will take place within 12 months of receiving funds.
The Nexus Together program recognised the link between building a safer, faster and more efficient road for the region, and supporting the groups which are also working hard to benefit the local community.
Eligible, not-for-profit groups had:
- offered a community contribution to health, safety, education or the environment
- been a not-for-profit
- been an incorporated legal entity or sponsored by an incorporated legal entity
- operated or provide services within five kilometres of the project corridor
- appropriate insurance, and adhere to sound workplace health and safety practices.
